Patients.
Patients can also contact us directly, or with a referral from their existing practice. Our referral process is simple. Patients can fill in the online form on this page; download, print, complete and return by post; or contact us on 061 480 070.
It is practice policy that all referred patients, once the specified treatment has been completed, will not be accepted as future patients of the practice and must return to their referee practice.
